Lisa, Janelle, and Catie offer their seller clients a combined 22 years+ real estate sales experience in the Santa Fe area.
After working many years in hospitality and education, Santa Fe Native Lisa Bybee began her real estate career in 2005 with a small local brokerage, and over the years, she has represented Sellers of new construction homes, luxury homes ($1M +) all over the City, and homes both old and new of every style and in all price ranges. Janelle Dry and Lisa met when Janelle transitioned from a small boutique real estate firm and joined Barker Realty in 2020. Janelle and her family have resided in Santa Fe for over 15 years and she brings to her real estate clients a background in interior design and home staging as well as a keen interest in sustainable land use and rehabbing older homes. Also a Santa Fe Native, Catie Ish joined Barker Realty in 2021 and she has hit the ground running: Jumping into real estate sales from the asset management industry (she is currently registered with FINRA and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses) she is quickly gaining clients who appreciate her attention to detail and energetic style.

The comparable condo next door went on the market two weeks after we listed at well more than $100,000 less (because the owner needed to satisfy liens). Of course, it sold and closed within weeks. Then we received two contracts—the first buyer didn’t qualify; the second changed his mind because he didn’t understand land lease property. The third buyers bought it at lower than the next-door sale, but I was willing to get rid of it, so my reaction is neutral. It was frustrating, but Lisa and Vee kept at it, kept up my spirits, and I’m more than satisfied with their efforts. I would highly recommend them.”
