My relationship with real estate began with a successful career as a New York-based photographer covering fine residential and commercial architecture and shooting as well as writing for magazines in the arts and design community. Commissions to shoot design projects throughout Asia and Europe, and living abroad in Italy and Austria gave me the fantastic opportunity to travel, interact and value other cultures and viewpoints. While living in Vienna, I had the complete honor of being asked by the United States Holocaust Museum to document the return of a survivor for the first time to Mauthausen.

As a consultant at several luxury brands in New York City, I worked with the marketing departments on content creation. With my experience working with a team from concept to goal, I can similarly help buyers connect their needs to homes that are in harmony with the life they imagine for themselves in Santa Fe. If you are selling your home, my years of working with top designers on how to showcase their work and vision are something I happily share so you can best market your home, along with a thorough market analysis to help you price accordingly. You can be confident that the team and resources that support us and your transaction at Barker Realty are incomparable.

Out of personal interest, I’ve also taken seminars in mediation which trained me to foster mutually beneficial compromises. These are skills that will help me assist you with something as important and life-changing as buying or selling your home.

Lovely, versatile and flat parcel that's rich with history, beauty and spectacular views of the Brazos Cliffs all with easy access from paved County Road 328. What's unique is that two acequias run across this enchanting piece of land, with precious adjudicated water rights to the southerly Ensenada ditch, which was estimated to have been hand dug in the 1700's.
