After growing up in Chicago and earning his degree in International Marketing from Northern Illinois University and achieving success in the corporate world in Chicago, Michael made the decision to seek out a new life experience and chose Santa Fe as his new home 1989. He immediately fell in love with its rich, diverse culture and history, incredible outdoor life and wonderful people and in 1994, being a third-generation realtor, naturally began his very successful career in Santa Fe real estate.
He has been practicing Real Estate in Santa Fe since 1994. He understands that whether you are buying or selling Real Estate, the process always encompasses some form of Transition. The transition can be relocating because of change of life, upgrading, downsizing, looking for the right school district, health challenges, money challenges or even domestic challenges. Besides knowing the Santa Fe Real Estate Market in great depth, he also understands the sensitivity to assisting people through their transition when buying or selling Real Estate. It is always his goal regardless of a client’s circumstances, to create a positive experience which results in not only a return of those same clients over and over again, but long-lasting friendships as well.
